Need To Make An Appointment?
Aloha and mahalo for visiting Hui No Ke Ola Pono’s website. If you are a currently a client of Hui No Ke Ola Pono, and need to make an appointment for any of our services or need to see a provider, please contact us at (808) 244-4647.
**If you are not a current client of Hui No Ke Ola Pono, you will need to fill out and submit a Registration Form before we are able to schedule an appointment. All forms are located in the Forms drop down menu on the website navigation. After forms are completed please print them out and turn them into our office at the Cameron Center Room 21 at your earliest convenience.
You are also able to mail them in or fax them over (808) 242-6676. Once you are a registered client we are then able to schedule an appointment with you, and if you have any questions or need more information please do not hesitate to contact us at (808) 244-4647, mahalo!
